The five steps

This is the draft route. Each stage below describes what we propose, with timings still to confirm.

  1. Enquire

    You'd register your interest. The draft proposes a reply within a few working days.

  2. Apply

    You'd send your course materials and provider details. The draft estimate is one to two weeks to gather them.

  3. The course review

    Review

    We'd check everything against the proposed CareCPD standard.

    The proposed outcomes are approved, approved with conditions, or not approved. Each would come with reasons.

  5. Issue certificates

    After approval, your learners would receive certificates with unique codes that anyone can verify.

  • Your process for reviewing and updating content
  • Your complaints and learner support arrangements

What it costs

The proposal prices provider approval, per-course accreditation and annual renewal separately. We'd confirm the total before you commit.
